Description
The Beach House, Oléron de la Biroire is ideal for family reunions and quiet breaks, and is ideally located on the west side of the island of Oléron.
Four distinct areas make up the house for a pleasant stay for several families:
- The Living area with kitchen, dining room, living room, large play area, two small bedrooms and a small bathroom; - The Parental area with two large bedrooms and a large bathroom; - The Boat area with a small bathroom without shower on the first floor, 3 bedrooms (one large, 2 small) and bunk beds (children's dormitory mode) on the ground floor; - The Children's bathroom with laundry room All bathrooms are equipped with toilets.
The garden around the house is over 2,000m², and the beach is at the end of the street. There are 8 bedrooms and a superb living room with fireplace and view of the ancient well. It is also possible to rent just the living area (approx. 1,000m²) for long weekends with 2-4 people.
