Description
This house is located in a quiet village on the outskirts of Saint-Pierre d'Oléron, close to cycle paths.
You'll find a tastefully decorated kitchen opening onto a living room with microwave, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, pyrolysis oven, dishwasher, insert fireplace, and a storeroom with second fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a shower room and separate WC.
This rental has one bedroom with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed, and another bedroom with a 140cm bed. Beds made up on arrival on request (professional-quality bed linen).
Outside, there's a covered terrace with shower, table and chairs, as well as a patio with deckchairs, garden furniture, barbecue and enclosed garden.
Short stays possible all year round except July & August. Rates on request.
Personalized welcome on arrival. Independent arrival possible. Housework with supplement.
A welcome kit will be given to you on arrival and two deposits will be required.
