Program: - Guided tour of the 'remparts cut' model at the Halle aux Vivres (30 min) - On-site immersion with professionals: heritage architect, site manager, stonemason, archaeologist, ecologist... Each week, discover a new profession in the field! (30-45 min) A unique opportunity to understand the technical and historical challenges of this project, while talking to the people who make it possible. Reserve now!
