The rental comprises a bedroom with twin 80cm beds and a 140cm sofa bed in the living room.
Television, bathroom with bathtub, kitchen with 4-burner ceramic hob, conventional oven, microwave, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, shared washing machine in the basement of the building, blankets, pillows and bedspreads.

Bikes can be stored in the courtyard. Boyardville is accessible by road, but also by boat directly from La Rochelle for train travel. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Cleaning must be done by tenants before departure. Free municipal parking lot in the immediate vicinity, on the neighboring plot. Rental from Sunday to Sunday
