Description

On the schedule for Saturday, September 19:

- Quick tours (30 minutes) of the mill’s ground floor: at 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m., and 4:00 p.m. After a brief introduction in the garden, discover the mill’s mechanisms and the flour-making process on the ground floor. Duration: 30 min.

- Free admission to the museum from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

- Dramatized tour at 5:30 p.m., duration: 45 minutes. Humor and history. As you stroll through the entire site, meet the characters who have shaped the mill’s history from the 19th century to the present day.



On the schedule for Sunday, September 20:

- Quick tours (30 minutes) of the mill’s ground floor: at 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. After a brief introduction in the garden, discover the mill’s mechanisms and flour production on the ground floor. Duration: 30 min. Free.

- Free admission to the museum from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

- Dramatized tour at 4:30 p.m., duration: 45 min. Humor and history. As you stroll through the entire site, meet the characters who have shaped the mill’s history from the 19th century to the present day.

- Concert performance by Patrick Scheyder on piano, Marie-Christine Barrault, and Abdelghani Benhelal. At 7:00 p.m. A selection of writings on nature to mark the 150th anniversary of the death of George Sand, who saved the Fontainebleau Forest from being cut down in the 1850s. A vibrant celebration of life, in support of positive ecology.
