This spacious, bright villa, called "Le Cygne", is located on the edge of the forest in Vertbois, renowned for its large, supervised ocean beach in summer. What's more, it's close to the cycle paths that cross the island from south to north, leading to the center of Dolus d'Oléron.



Comfortable, modern and beautifully decorated, it features a bright living room with lounge, dining room and fully-equipped Mobalpa kitchen, three bedrooms, two with 160cm beds and the 3rd with three 90cm beds, a shower room with large walk-in shower and separate toilet. The enclosed, shady, not overlooked garden features deckchairs and a covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.



Le Cygne can be rented for short stays, and can also accommodate people with reduced mobility.
