Description

House located in the heart of the old village of La Cotinière, with private parking, in a quiet area.
The rental comprises a living room with kitchenette equipped with microwave, electric oven, extractor hood, dishwasher and washing machine. It includes a bedroom with a 140cm four-poster bed. The second sleeping area (two 90cm beds) is in the living room. The house also features a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and separate toilet.
The owners provide a hi-fi system and baby equipment (cot and high chair).
Outside, you'll enjoy a 40m² enclosed garden with a shaded terrace, barbecue, garden furniture and parasol.

Year-round rentals and short stays (3-4 nights minimum) available.
