Our first-floor apartment, accessed by an outside metal staircase, will seduce you with its modern equipment. Bright and perfectly equipped, you'll be able to enjoy the sun all day long. In a calm environment, and right next to a cycle path serving the Château and the beaches of Saint Trojan and Grand-Village, you'll find plenty to recharge your batteries. Comprising a kitchen, bedroom with 140 cm bed, shower room/wc with walk-in shower and double washbasin, and sleeping area with sofa bed.
The garden area is equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture, so you can enjoy meals al fresco.
