Outside summer period : Reduced rates for small groups (please enquire) - Customized quotation on request. For all rentals : - Written contract signed by both parties - 30% deposit - Balance due no later than the day of arrival - Deposit cheque of 2000 € (will not be cashed) - Provision of bed linen and towels (compulsory 8€ per person) - Beds made up on arrival - All charges included, including pool heating (May to September) On request, the swimming pool may be accessible, but will not be heated, outside the May/September heating period. Discounts available for long stays.
