Nestled in the heart of the Ile D'Oléron, in the charming village of Chéray on the edge of Saint Georges d'Oléron, you will discover "OLERONETTE", recent accommodation, classified as 4-star furnished tourist accommodation, a place for vacation and rest, open all year round.
This house comfortably accommodates 6 people (maximum capacity of 8 beds).
It will offer you calm, rest and moments of relaxation with family or friends.
This place was designed to make your stay simple and pleasant. An American kitchen with bar area, modern, spacious, fully equipped open to the living room, a separate lounge, all opening onto the terrace. Bedrooms with cupboards and their private bathroom. It is also made available to families with young children all the necessary baby equipment, at no extra charge.
You will relax on the 40 m2 wooden terrace or on your deckchair (included in the rental) by the heated swimming pool from May to September from where you can enjoy the panorama of the Oléronaise countryside; the house overlooking the vineyards, an old and charming dovecote and the forest in the distance.
You will appreciate the proximity of the covered market open all year round, shops, a supermarket, a pharmacy and a medical center.
You can join one of the many cycle paths that dot the island for easy-access discovery walks. You will be able to enjoy the wonderful landscapes, the exceptional light of this island corner and fill up with sea air.
Ideally located in the center of the island, on the Saint Pierre, Saint Denis axis, you will have access, 3 km away, to the beaches of the west coast, Domino, Les Sables Vigniers, Chaucre beach and Huttes, a popular place for surfers.
Other activities, sporting, cultural, gourmet are available to you according to your desires and desires; let yourself be carried away by the unique magic of the Island. We will also be present on the day of your departure to share and collect your opinions.

Charges
Compulsory cleaning package 140 €. Bed linen and towels provided (€8 per person), beds made on arrival. Outside summer period: Reduced rates for single couples and/or retired people (please enquire) - Personalized quotation on request. For all rentals: written contract signed by both parties, deposit of 30%, balance due no later than the day of arrival, deposit cheque for 2000€ (will not be cashed). All charges included including pool heating (May to September) On request, the swimming pool may be accessible, but will not be heated, outside the May-September heating period. Discounts available for long stays.
