An ideal home for sharing wonderful moments with family, in a peaceful setting on the Île d’Oléron ❤️

Welcome to our 160 m² home, situated on a fenced-in lot and designed to let you fully enjoy your vacation with family or friends in a peaceful and pleasant setting.

It comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. Short stays of 3 nights are available outside of July, August, and September.



A comfortable and bright home

The home features:

• 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, including a beautiful master suite

• 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub

• 2 separate restrooms

• a spacious living/dining room

• large floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto two terraces

• a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher

To ensure everyone enjoys a good night’s sleep, all beds are equipped with Bultex mattresses.



‍♀️ Make the most of your vacation

Outside, you can enjoy a 7 × 3.5 m heated pool, equipped with a cover to ensure safety and protect it when not in use.

The house also features a fenced-in yard, perfect for peacefully enjoying the outdoors.



Close to nature and the ocean

The house is ideally located for exploring the island on foot or by bike:

• Port des Salines just 300 m away

• the beach is about a 20-minute walk away

• the island’s shops and activities are easily accessible

This way, you can alternate between swimming, walks, exploring the island, and relaxing at home.



Parking

You can park your car right on the property.

If you prefer to leave it outside, free parking is available about 100 m from the house.

• Bedding and towels available for rent upon request

We simply ask that you take good care of it and leave it in the same condition as when you arrived.
