Description
Enjoy the pleasures of the sea, just 8 km away, while staying in a peaceful countryside setting in the heart of the Marennes-Oléron basin (the cradle of oysters).
80 meters away: the marshes with migratory and resident birds, and the bike path leading to the beaches (Marennes, the island, and the Côte Sauvage).

The Accommodation
Pets are allowed only in exceptional cases (service animals or emotional support animals): please contact us.
You enter the large 30 m² living area: to the right, the kitchen and a small bar, then a separate entryway with storage for daily cleaning supplies, and the bathroom with a toilet.

Behind the living room and dining room, on the left, is a huge floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the terrace. It features purple curtains that can be drawn as needed. They are soundproof and block out light, heat, and cold.
The terrace is furnished with seating for four people, lounge chairs, and a dining area. It is bordered by strawberry plants (available in season to satisfy your sweet tooth) and basil plants, which you can also use to flavor your dishes or make pistou.
Upstairs, you’ll find yourself on a landing. Immediately to the right is a large 14 m² bedroom with a 160-bed. Directly across from you is the bathroom with a toilet; to the right of the bathroom is a second 10 m² bedroom with a 140-bed.
The bedding is new and of high hotel quality.
The entire cottage is at your disposal, except for the locked attic.
Short stays are possible: Minimum stay in July, August, and September is 3 days; otherwise, 2 days for the other months.
