- Two large bedrooms with 160cm beds and dressing room with direct access to the pretty wooden terrace - One bedroom with a 140cm bed, a large closet and a small, intimate, sunny terrace - One last bedroom with 2 bunk beds for children and 1 convertible 140cm sofa with very good bedding.
- There's also a lovely mezzanine for young and old alike to enjoy (books, toys, board games, DVDs, TV). - Baby equipment available (cot, baby bath, changing mat, potty, high chair). - Local books and guides are also available, with my best addresses (restaurants, stores, walks, bike rides, etc.). - For teleworkers, large screens are available for plugging into your PC, and high quality wifi.
- Depending on the weather, underfloor heating will keep you comfortable all year round.
- Outside, a large enclosed plot with mimosas and holm oaks, deckchairs, garden furniture and hammocks. A plancha, bike storage and ping-pong table are also at your disposal. 2 private parking spaces. Ideal location in a cul-de-sac for bike rides (cycle paths 200 m away), hiking (Avail wood at the end of the cul-de-sac), surfing or sand yachting (large Vert-Bois beach 800 m away), sailing and kite surfing in the Baie de la Perroche 3 km away.
The villages of Dolus, Grand-Village and Château d'Oléron are a 10-minute drive away, and you'll find all the shops you need for a great vacation.
