We have been breeding, producing and refining our products for 3 generations in Saint-Trojan-les-Bains. Our know-how guarantees you quality and a choice to meet your expectations.

We offer a wide range of oysters, mussels, shellfish and crustaceans, as well as a tasting cabin and direct sales in the heart of our marshes, far from the hustle and bustle.
