Through exercises adapted to children: ♀️ Posture work ️ Games around breathing ♂️ Balance and coordination exercises Gentle strengthening and mobility Fun courses and little challenges for two The aim: ✨ Develop body awareness ✨ Improve concentration ✨ Encourage calm and emotional management ✨ Create a real moment of complicity The movements are simple and performed together to strengthen confidence, concentration and the parent-child connection.
