IØ Plongée offers you: - Exploration outings: Exploration is for certified divers wishing to discover the diversity of Oleron's seabed. Starting with Level 1, IØ Plongée will take you to explore rocky sites or wrecks at different depths, depending on your level and experience. Each outing is organized with respect for safety conditions, tides and the environment - Training: IO Plongée accompanies you every step of the way, from first level to advanced qualifications. Each course is supervised by experienced instructors, with a personalized approach combining practice, theory and discovery of the varied sites on the Ile d'Oléron. The aim: to develop your skills, your autonomy and your pleasure underwater, always in complete safety - Baptisms and initiations: Baptism diving is the easiest and safest way to discover the underwater world around Oleron. Accompanied one-on-one by an instructor, you take the time to familiarize yourself with the equipment, breathe underwater and observe your first wonders: colors, movements, coastal fauna. An experience accessible to all, from an early age, with no pre-requisites and in complete serenity. But also themed courses, among others.
