Description

Our tasting hut is located next to our oyster-farming hut, and we'll be delighted to welcome you and share our daily routine with you, while enjoying some good local produce in addition to our oysters. It's an ideal place to prepare eglades (mussels cooked on planks under a thick layer of pine needles). You can also find out more about oyster farming by visiting the cabane du bout du port at Château d'Oléron, which has a museum area. Free admission. Open from April to September.
