Sylvie and Dominique, oyster farmers, offer you mussels, oysters, shellfish, seafood platters and fish rillettes in their aquaculture farm and tasting hut. In the open air, in the heart of our marshes or indoors on a wild site, our job is to offer you the best seafood from our terroir! No French fries in our restaurant!
