In Mauzac, in the heart of the marsh and a bird sanctuary, near Marennes and the ocean, Nathalie and Christian DEMON welcome you to their 2 guest rooms and gîtes.
On the first floor, with independent access, a bedroom with 1 queen-size bed, shower room and WC.
Upstairs in the owner's house, a guest room with a double bed, private bathroom and WC.
The rooms are equipped with a small refrigerator and a coffee machine.
The 4-person self-catering cottage includes a double bed and two single beds, a large living room with lounge, kitchen, sofa bed, TV, private shower room and WC.
A 2-hectare garden with a pond on the property and views over the marshes.
Free parking, covered terraces, barbecues, microwave and picnic tables available.
