This detached, single-storey Charentais house (approx. 42m²) is located in the typical hamlet of La Piouzière, near Saint-Pierre d'Oléron and 10 minutes by car from the beach at Matha (near the port of La Cotinière). It's set in our large, enclosed grounds (olive, fruit and lime trees), which are quiet and where you can bring your car.
Ideal for relaxing.
Maison l'Olivier, for up to 4 people, is located 1.5 km from Saint-Pierre d'Oléron and all shops and services.
The house comprises 3 main rooms:
- The living room: a kitchenette equipped with a large fridge, a 4-burner gas hob, a microwave, an oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster and a washing machine.
This room has a fixed sofa and a flat-screen TNT TV.
- Two bedrooms: the 1st with 140cm bedding and a large storage cupboard containing a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board; the 2nd with two 90cm bunk beds and a linen cupboard and closet.
- A bathroom with shower, washbasin and separate toilet.
The garden has a table and 4 chairs, as well as 2 deckchairs. A barbecue is also available.
Bicycles in good working order with locks are available free of charge for adults and children. Please confirm this when booking. However, we do not supply helmets.
Reservations become effective on receipt of a deposit (30% of the total amount) and signature of the contract sent by us.
Our rates include water, electricity and gas.
Only tourist tax is extra for adults. SANYTOL kitchen and bathroom cleaning products supplied.
