- 1 living room: 1 sofa bed for 2 people - good bedding - dining table and chairs, sideboard, flat-screen TNT TV

- 1 new fitted kitchen: with built-in microwave oven and oven, 4-burner gas hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster, electric coffeemaker and kettle

-1 bathroom: large shower, washbasin, washing machine and hairdryer.

- 1 separate, closed WC

- 1 enclosed veranda with table and chairs for 2 people, ideal for morning breakfast

This south-facing Oléronaise house is located in a small, quiet, typical hamlet near St Pierre d'Oléron, a 10-minute drive from the beach at Matha (near the port of La Cotinière).

It opens onto a large township (courtyard) reserved exclusively for local residents, and in the center of which is an old, secure, enclosed well.

The car has its own private parking space in front of the house.

The house is approximately 75 M2, including an enclosed veranda with a private enclosed garden planted with trees.

Ideal for relaxing or with young children.

RESERVATION EFFECTIVE upon receipt of deposit (30% of total amount) and signature of contract. Rates include water, electricity and gas. Deposit of 450 € on arrival.
