Les Foulées de Chassiron

Description

The reputation of this race is due to its exceptional route, which passes through the center of the village, then uses the cycle paths, crosses the vineyards, skirts the cliffs to reach the Chassiron lighthouse and takes you back with a short passage along the beach to the finish on the Esplanade du Port. It is open to all, including juniors and cadets.



Trophies will be awarded on the podium in the finish area, from approx. 11.30 a.m. (Age classifications for men and women). The start of the race is preceded by: A free 1.5 km children's race (without classification). An 8 km walk for all.

Registration: -20 € + registration fees on the Chrono-Start internet platform, until the preceding Thursday at 6:00 p.m. -20 € on site at the Esplanade du Port on Friday afternoon, and Saturday before the race. A registration form can be downloaded from the Foulées website, or will be available from July at the Tourist Office and Town Hall.



Number collection Number collection will take place on Friday afternoon (3-8 p.m.), Saturday (10-8 p.m.) and Sunday morning until 9 a.m. at the P.C. Organisation. The start is at 9.30 a.m. on the esplanade of the Port de Saint Denis, and the finish will be at the same place.



Refreshments will be provided at the 7th and 10th km, as well as at the finish. IMPORTANT ATTENTION NO BOTTLES OR WASTE GOBELETS PROVIDED. Walk details: An 8 km course is available for accompanying persons, friends of runners and hiking enthusiasts.



Registration will take place on site on Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday morning before 8:45 a.m., at the P.C. Organisation, on the harbour esplanade. Price: €7 (free for accompanied children under 15). No pets are allowed on the walk. Children's Race: For the children's race (born between 2011 and 2016).



It is free of charge, and registrations will be made on site on Saturday and Sunday morning, with parental authorization required. Each participant will receive a bib and a reward. As in previous years, part of the registration fees will be donated to a humanitarian aid association.
