Our house, l'Agapanthe, is decorated with care. It has: * 3 bedrooms: 2 have double beds (160), the third can accommodate 4 children or 2 adults and 2 children (1 bed 140 + 1 bunk bed 90 + 1 bed 90 drawer). The house, rated for 6 people, can accommodate up to 8. * A large living room comprising a lounge and dining room with fully-equipped kitchen * Two bathrooms with shower * Two WCs Outside, you can relax: . On the large terrace equipped with garden furniture: a large table/10 chairs and garden furniture. . On the lawn: 4 sun loungers . Around the plancha/barbecue counter for grilling. A wide range of equipment at your disposal: Internet box and WiFi connection, TV, three-burner induction hob, inclined wall-mounted hood, classic oven and microwave oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee machine (compatible with Nespresso, Dolce gusto and Senseo capsules), Sodastream, juicer, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, etc. .Baby equipment: cot (comfortable mattress), bath and high chair.



To help you discover Oléron, you'll find tourist brochures at the house. Games, books and comics are also available. For the comfort of our guests, we have chosen to prepare your beds on arrival and to provide bathroom linen: shower mat and 2 towels per traveler and kitchen linen: tea towels, hand towels and microfibers, at no extra charge. Please inform the concierge of the distribution and number of beds required.

Cleaning service available on departure if you wish (€100), to be ordered from the concierge. We also enjoy this house. We have equipped and furnished it so that it is pleasant in all seasons. Thank you for taking care of it.

Minimum stay: 4 nights. July-August: 7 nights from Sunday to Sunday. Weekday arrivals/departures are possible to avoid Saturday crowds and traffic. 30% deposit on booking. Security deposit: €1,000. To avoid any disputes regarding the cleanliness of the premises on your departure, a cleaning deposit of €100 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned to you on departure if no defects are found (un-emptied garbage cans, proven dirt, uncleaned plancha, etc.) Copy of rental risk insurance certificate requested (holiday cover included free of charge in your home insurance).
