Outside, enjoy a pleasant furnished patio with a table and chairs, an awning, lounge chairs, and a barbecue for your outdoor meals and moments of relaxation. The 130m² private garden, with no neighbors directly across, extends this outdoor living space, while a large meadow bordering the property’s entrance offers a playground for children and a space where pets can roam freely.



The interior has been designed to combine comfort and functionality. The bright living area features a cozy sitting area as well as a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and washing machine.



The home features two comfortable bedrooms: the first with a double bed (160x200 cm) and the second with two single beds (90x200 cm), both furnished with high-quality bedding for restful nights. A bathroom with a walk-in shower completes the suite.



For your comfort year-round, the living area is air-conditioned, and the entire apartment features double-glazed windows. You’ll also have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, a 4K TV, and bed linens and towels provided.



Families with young children will appreciate the amenities provided: a crib, high chair, and baby bathtub.



Access is via a private driveway secured by a gate shared with the owners. Private parking is available on the property, as well as an electric vehicle charging station. Cycling and water sports enthusiasts can also take advantage of a lockable garage to store their equipment.
