L'Enclos des Lys is located 200 meters from the village (with its restaurants, shops and historic market), at the foot of the cycle path leading to the port of Le Douhet and the sandy beach opposite Fort Boyard.



It includes :



- Living room with 3 bay windows overlooking the garden and terraces, fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, hi-fi system, iPod, iPhone, 4 armchairs, pedestal table, floor lamp, jam cupboard, table and 6 chairs.

- Kitchen: induction hob, electric oven, microwave, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, food processor, Nespresso coffee maker, pierrade, kettle, pressure cooker, etc.

- Corridor leading to all rooms, separate WC.

- Three bedrooms: 1 x 160 cm bed, 1 x 140 cm bed and 2 x 90 cm beds. Bathroom with bath, washbasin, shower and hairdryer.

- Laundry room with door to garden, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, electric iron, vacuum cleaner.

Rates are based on :

- 4 people in April, May, June, September, October (add €25 per person per day)

- 6 people in July and August (7 nights minimum)

Practical terms and conditions :

- contractual commitment

- deposit: 25% of rent on reservation

- security deposit: €500 per credit card terminal on arrival

- Cleaning charge: €100

- Pets: €12 (per day and per pet (max 2))

- visitor's tax: according to rate (new rule of the communauté de commune)
