Le Clos Des Lys, a typical Oleronaise single-storey house (75 m²), comfortable and refined, set in an enclosed, shady, flower-filled garden, 200 m from the village center.
At the foot of the cycle path leading to the port of Douhet, the sandy beaches and the Saumonards forest, opposite Fort Boyard.

Our rates are based on :
- 3 x people in April, May, June, September, October (count €25 extra per person per day)
- 5 x people in July and August

Practical conditions:
- commitment by contract
- Deposit: 25% of rent on reservation
- Deposit: 500 € by credit card terminal on arrival

- Pets 12 € per day and per pet (max 2)
- Visitor's tax: according to rate (new rule of the communauté de commune)
Short stay possible with 3 nights minimum
