La maison de la mer
Description
The pleasant "Maison de la Mer" is located in a quiet, private residence 10 minutes' walk from one of the most beautiful beaches on the west side of the Ile d'Oléron, in a place called "La Rémigeasse". It's also close to the cycle path leading to the beaches on the west coast of the Ile d'Oléron.
Measuring 59m², the first floor comprises a living room with a BZ and kitchenette, a south-facing veranda, a laundry room, a shower room and separate wc.
Upstairs are two bedrooms: the first with a double bed, the second with 2 single beds.
This cottage with its 70m² enclosed garden and garden furniture (table, chairs, deckchairs) will provide you with all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay on the Ile d'Oléron for one or more weeks or a short break.
An extra charge of 15 euros will be made for disinfecting contact points if the housekeeping option is not taken.
