Description
This 60m² house includes a living room with sofa, table, chairs and TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner and ironing facilities.
There are two bedrooms: one with a 140cm bed and a large closet, and one with two 90cm beds and a large closet; plus a shower room with WC.
The enclosed garden features a 20 m² terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.
- Bed linen (sheets and pillowcases 60*60), household linen and towels are not provided.
- Cleaning charge of €50 optional
- Rental is by the week only, from Saturday to Saturday.
- The owners will welcome you from 4pm and you will leave at 10am directly at the rental address.
- A deposit of 30% is required on booking by cheque or bank transfer, and the balance on arrival.
A security deposit of 500€ must be paid on arrival (by cheque) and will be returned after the inventory of fixtures on departure.
