The house comprises:

A 45 m² living room with an open fireplace, equipped with two beige sofas, a black Chesterfield sofa, 3 leather armchairs with their footrests, and a large rectangular coffee table (old Indian door), a 46-inch Samsung flat screen in the living room, connected to the internet via a Freebox Pop (fiber optic) and a Player Pop, the flat screen in the living room is connected to a Dolby Atmos®/DTS:X® 2.1 channels with integrated subwoofer, a DVD player and a library of over 50 Blu-ray discs, in the living room.

Two NETGEAR Orbi Wi-Fi 6 Mesh Tri-band repeaters covering the entire house (data rates in excess of 200 Mbps), and a high-speed private Wi-Fi network of over 100 Mbps (Free fiber optics) covering the entire surface of the house.

A 46-inch flat-screen TV in the master suite, connected to the Internet via a Freebox Pop (fiber optic) and a Player Pop.

A large hallway leads to the 4 bedrooms, with two closets including a hanging space.

Three bedrooms, each with a 160*200 bed, including a master suite with en-suite shower room and WC.

A fourth bedroom with two 80*200 beds, with direct access to the south-facing terrace via a French window,

Baby equipment: two cots, two high seats, a booster seat, a free-standing baby bathtub.

A separate shower room with walk-in shower (2m * 1m) and vanity unit, opposite bedrooms 1 and 2,

Out of season, you can rent for a minimum of 4 days, with arrival and departure on any day, but all school vacations from spring to Christmas, rentals are by the week, from Saturday to Saturday.
