New single-storey house, in a quiet location, on a 400m2 plot of land. During your stay, you'll be able to discover the many sandy beaches, the wild coastline, the forest, the salt marshes, the flavors of the local producers, the artisanal creations... Numerous nautical activities, shows, bike or sea rides, horseback riding... are on the program for a great vacation.
The accommodation is rated 3* and comprises: - a large air-conditioned living room with TV, fitted and equipped kitchen (microwave oven, built-in oven, dishwasher, induction hob and hood, fridge-freezer) - 2 bedrooms with double beds (140cm) and dressing room - 1 bedroom with two single beds (90cm) and dressing room - 1 bathroom with walk-in shower/wc - 1 separate toilet - 1 storeroom (washing machine) - 1 terrace with garden furniture, parasol, 4 sun loungers and barbecue.
Highchair and cot with mattress, mattress protector and fitted sheets available. In July and August, rental from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival from 3 p.m. and departure at 10 a.m. Minimum short stay 3 days outside school vacations and on bank holiday weekends. Minimum 1 week during school vacations. Linen not provided (rental possible - request to be made when booking). Rates vary according to period and number of people.
