It has a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a modern shower room and a separate toilet.
The sofa in the living room can accommodate two extra beds.
Wifi access is available throughout the house.
You'll appreciate the large 200 m² enclosed courtyard, ideal for soaking up the sun, with garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue.
Parking for cars and bikes is available directly in the courtyard.
The owners also provide board games and baby equipment (high chair, cot, bath).
The house is adjacent to the owners', who do not occupy the premises.
