Description

Our tasting hut is located next to our oyster-farming hut, an ideal place to prepare eglades (or éclades), which are mussels placed on boards and cooked under a thick layer of pine needles.

You can also find out more about oyster farming by visiting the cabane du bout du port at Château d'Oléron, which features a museum area. Free admission. Open from April to September.
