Description

Savor our natural oysters, raised only on site, tasted with a carefully selected wine, on a terrace on the edge of the Ors channel, overlooking the Seudre estuary: Saint-Trojan, Ronce-les-Bains, the Seudre bridge.

Our oysters are 100% natural and 100% local, without transport or intermediaries.

Our tasting hut is an authentic, short-circuit venue, as close as possible to the terroir of Oleron.

Eglades (or éclades) are offered on certain evenings in summer.
