Description

From his earliest childhood, Siméon has always fished.



He spent his teenage years at the Lycée de la mer et du littoral learning the sea trades... And surfing too!



He continued his apprenticeship as a sailor, embarking on mussel boats for the bouchot and filiaire mussel collection campaigns, then perfecting his skills by working for 3 years in oyster farming in the Marennes-Oléron basin.



So it was only natural that Siméon should open his k'bane de dégustation, to share his passion with you.
