Description
On the beaches of Les Saumonards, La Brée or Saint-Trojan and at the Théâtre d'Ardoise every Tuesday morning, let Barbara guide you through a poetic, immersive experience.
Equipped with headphones, enjoy a unique musical mix and Barbara's voice for a meditative journey in motion. At your own pace, your dance expresses itself naturally, gently and with a sense of letting go.
