Whether you're looking to recharge your batteries, re-energize or simply treat yourself to a moment out of time, Find Your Tree welcomes you to yoga sessions in an exceptional setting.



Our association is led by a team of passionate and committed women, ready to accompany you with kindness in your practice. We believe in a yoga that builds self-confidence, liberates and invites inner exploration.



Our sessions are open to all, whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner. The most important thing is to progress at your own pace, with pleasure and without pressure.



Where and when to practice?

In summer, join us every day on the beach for an open-air experience in connection with the elements.



From April to November, our sessions take place in a magnificent geodesic dome, an enveloping and inspiring space.



We also offer year-round classes in our gym, for regular, in-depth practice.
