Linen is not provided but can be requested at extra cost.
The apartment is strictly non-smoking.
If the apartment smells of cigarettes, your deposit will be cashed in full.
On-site check-in or key-box check-in in case of unforeseen circumstances or late arrival.
Possibility of washing your clothes in the Residence laundry (5€/machine and 2€/90mn dryer).
Description of the house:
- First floor:
Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, small electric oven, microwave and large fridge with freezer.
Living room with sofa bed, coffee table and flat-screen TV with built-in Chromecast, dining table and chairs seating 6.
Blackout curtains (no roller shutters).
Bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet.
- First floor:
1 Master bedroom with 140/190 bed and blackout curtain on window
1 mezzanine with a 2X90/200 pull-out bed with blackout curtains for a little more privacy.
- Outside area:
Private terrace with garden table and chairs
Rack for 2 bicycles

10-minute walk to the beach
The residence has a lovely green esplanade where children can play in complete safety.
The residence has two swimming pools. A heated indoor pool open year-round and an unheated outdoor pool open from May.
