Set in an enclosed garden, this VERY QUIET residence is ideal for a stay with family or friends, with just the sound of the waves 1 km 500 away.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, so there's no need to bring anything with you - even mosquito blinds are provided. The house is cool in summer and heated in winter.
- The sleeping area is well separated from the living areas, and the 3 bedrooms are bright with very comfortable bedding. They are also equipped with mosquito barriers. One bedroom has its own shower room.

- In the garden, you can enjoy a barbecue and relax on the deckchairs, while the children play in the enclosed garden in complete safety.
- 6 bicycles + 1 for children aged 6/8 are at your disposal FREE OF CHARGE to explore the 180kms of cycle paths on the Ile d'Oléron. Bikes are loaned at your own risk.
- Every detail of your baby's comfort will be taken care of.
- with 1 additional child: a supplement of 50€ / week per additional child will be charged.
- rental of fitted and flat sheets, towels on request.
- housework on request.
There is a garage for storing fishing rods etc. and an outside tap for washing boots or feet.
There is no carport, but a private, locked parking lot.
The house is not designed for disabled people.
