The property is located on a residential street with car access reserved for local residents, making it a quiet place day and night. It's ideally located to enjoy all the advantages of the village (market, mini-market, newsagents, restaurants, post office, casino, entertainment, etc.) while being away from traffic and glances.

Walkers and cyclists will appreciate being able to discover the island without having to take their car. La Petite Plage and La Plage du Soleil are just 300 meters away. The village cycle paths lead through the forest to Plage de Gatseau or Grande Plage. Bikes can be hired in the village. The P'tit Train station through the forest to Gande Plage is a 2-minute walk away.



The accommodation features :

- living room with dining area and sitting area with sofa;

- kitchenette equipped with gas stove, microwave oven, fridge with small freezer compartment, washing machine;

- bedroom with 140cm bed, closet and chest of drawers;

- a bathroom with walk-in shower, small storage space and toilet;

- an adjoining storeroom for storing luggage and provisions;

- a paved sun/shade terrace with two deckchairs and a dining table;

- a parking space for your vehicle, on the property and for the duration of your stay.



The bedroom and living room open onto the terrace.

In hot weather, its insulation keeps the house cool.

Radio provided. Wifi in the immediate vicinity.

Central heating and/or auxiliary electric heating (for colder periods).



Bed linen rental with bed made up on arrival: €15 per set.

Beach and bath towels are not available for hire.



End-of-stay cleaning: 30 € per tenant or service.

Routine cleaning is provided by tenants. We provide the necessary equipment and household products (except detergent).



Electricity charged for more than 20 kw/h per week (e.g. in case of telecommuting).



Market, shops, restaurants, port and leisure activities, including the casino, are all within easy walking distance.

The forest and seafront with its first beaches are also within walking distance, as are the P'tit train station and the beach shuttle service in summer.

Bike rental in the village (Cycles Demion - online booking available).



Depending on the season, the garden offers violets, poppies, belles-de-nuit, bignone, lavender, sage, roses...

The owners have been welcoming guests since 2012, adapting to their needs so that they can enjoy their stay quickly and to the full.

The accommodation is separate from the main house, which is also located on the property, to ensure privacy.

Minimum stay one week.

We do not accept pets.
