Karine and Eric welcome you to La Lézardine, a spacious, bright house on the tip of the island, featuring a 40 m² living room with 177cm TV, separate fully-equipped kitchen, laundry room, 3 bedrooms with TV, including a 30 m² master suite (2 beds 160x200 and 2 beds 90x200), 2 shower rooms with walk-in showers and 2 separate toilets.
All rooms have bay windows or French windows opening onto the outside. The living room and kitchen open onto the garden with its exotic wood terrace, heated 10x4m swimming pool with submerged roller shutter and covered terrace equipped with gas barbecue and cast-iron plancha.
With its enclosed grounds, electric gate, carport and garage, you can safely park up to 4 vehicles.
Also included: 6 bicycles, deckchairs, parasol, pool cleaner, games, baby kit (bed, chair, changing table)...
Beds are made up on arrival, cleaning is included, and towels and household linen are provided.
Welcome by the owners.
The villa is available for rent all year round.
