Situated 700 m from the small Plage du Soleil and the Saint Trojan sailing club, the house is located in the very quiet, residential area of Les Gaules, at the end of a cul-de-sac and surrounded by pine trees.
The house boasts a large garden planted with trees, a large angled wooden terrace facing south and west, and a heated outdoor shower.
It comprises a vast living/dining room with mezzanine, high ceilings (over 5m) and fireplace.
All rooms have French windows or bay windows opening onto the wooden terrace.
The adjoining industrial-style kitchen (and pantry) also opens onto a terrace.
The house has 3 bedrooms on the ground floor: 1 bedroom with 1 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds and 1 bedroom with 4 80cm trundle beds, which can also be arranged as 2 160cm beds.
A bathroom with shower and double washbasin and a separate toilet complete this space.
Upstairs, a mezzanine and a toilet.
The village of Saint Trojan and the market are within easy cycling distance (5/10 min. on the cycle paths or the forest path), as are the port, tennis club and sailing club.
The beautiful beaches of the south of the island are 1.5 km (plage de Gatseau) and 4 km (grande plage) away.
