The house is designed to comfortably accommodate 9 adults and 1 child under 2. It has four well-appointed bedrooms. The first bedroom is spacious and equipped with three single beds, perfect for three adults. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a single bed above and a double bed below, ideal for two adults or children. The third bedroom is specially equipped with a cot, with all the safety features needed for the little one's comfort. Finally, the fourth bedroom, located on the mezzanine, offers a private and quiet space for a couple.
The bathrooms are equally well equipped. The first bathroom has a shower and washbasin, perfect for everyday use. The second shower room is more luxurious, with a large walk-in shower and two basins, offering a spacious relaxation area for getting ready.
In the common areas, the living room is inviting, with comfortable sofas and a TV for convivial evenings with family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances for preparing delicious meals, and the dining room can accommodate up to 10 people for family meals.
An office area is also available, offering a dedicated space to work or study, with a desk, comfortable chair and high-speed Wi-Fi connection.
Outside, a spacious garden with terrace and garden furniture offers an ideal place to enjoy sunny days. A secure play area is also available for children to enjoy in complete safety.
