Surrounded by private and state-owned forest, yet only 350m from the beach on foot.
3 terraces, 5 bedrooms, two living rooms, 3 bathrooms, allow several families to stay independently. Huge shaded grounds for games and parking.
Fiber optic Wifi. Large TV. Well-equipped kitchen with many electrical appliances. Outdoor kitchen with BBQ, sink, straw mattress and shaded table for 12.
The house is in two units, the main one on the top two levels, with 3 double bedrooms and a small single. Indoor dining table for 7.
On the lower level, with no interior staircase, is a south-facing, ground-level apartment for 3: one bedroom with a 160cm bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. This includes a simple kitchenette. All the rooms in the house except one (the children's bedroom) have interior AND exterior doors, giving the occupants a great deal of freedom.
This is a house designed for two-family or multi-generational vacations.
The layout is comfortable without being luxurious.
Please note: as the house is built into the side of a dune, it is served by stone steps on both sides, which can be difficult for the elderly and small children.
The grounds are enclosed on the street side, and open towards the forest at the rear.
Our beach, that of Chaucre, offers supervised swimming and, further afield, surf and kite spots. The lively, well-stocked market is 1.5km away.
We operate from Monday to Monday to reduce the difficulty of accessing the island.
