Cette ancienne ferme a été rénovée pour préserver au mieux l'impact sur l'environnement à savoir une isolation performante, un chauffage central et une production d'eau chaude par chaudière aux granulés et panneaux solaires thermiques. L'éclairage est assuré par des ampoules à led. Le tri des déchets est fait avec soins et un composteur est à disposition des vacanciers.
Descriptif
This Gîte de France-approved 140m² dwelling sleeps 9. On the first floor, you'll find an entrance hall, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with wood-burning stove, toilet and bathroom, and two bedrooms with 90 and 140 beds. Upstairs you'll find a shower room and toilet, a bedroom with 3 90cm beds and a bedroom with a 140cm bed and a cot. Outside, you'll find grounds, a private walled garden, a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.
