Located in Dolus d'oléron, in the heart of a very quiet area, 300m from the town center on foot, close to bike paths and all amenities (bike rental 300m away); "l'huîtrier" has an interior surface area of 90 m2, comprising a large 42 m2 living room with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds and 2 shower rooms each with WC.
The landscaped garden includes a terrace, garden furniture with parasol, plancha and deckchairs, so you can make the most of this cosy cocoon. A saltwater swimming pool (7 x 3.50m), heated to 28°C from May 15 to September 30 and equipped with an electric roller shutter for your safety and comfort, is at your disposal.
Possibility of parking 2 vehicles on the private grounds.
To make your vacation as relaxing and convenient as possible, a concierge service is available throughout your stay to offer you all the services you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Bed linen and towels can be provided at extra cost.
