Smoked with beech wood from the Chizé forest in the Deux-Sèvres region, our salmon is tasted around the world and prized by top chefs. Praised by the Guide du Routard, our smoked fish await you at our boutique in Saint-Georges d'Oléron.
Whether wild or from the best farms in Europe, only exceptional fish enter Annie's Smokehouse.
Tastings are available by appointment to discover the world and tastes of Annie's Fumoir d'Annie's eight different smoked salmon varieties, starting with a Norwegian salmon, for example, which is very fine, soft and mellow, before finishing with other, more typical fish, such as some wild Scottish salmon with exceptionally fine flesh. All are smoked under the same conditions, but the specificity of each fish reveals a very different taste and texture.
