Explanation of the difficulties encountered and the solutions used to achieve a productive and environmentally-friendly site. Explanation and display of all the figures and statistics collected since 2021 on inputs and outputs. Tour of the mushroom farm.
Nathalie and Xavier are permaculture trainers and this garden is a school garden.
The tour starts at 6 p.m. sharp, without reservation and free of charge.
