Donkey tour

Price: 20 minutes on the donkey, €12.50.

Departures are grouped at fixed times.

This is the ultimate family activity, with a well-shod parent accompanying the child (aged 3 and over, up to 40 kg) and guiding the donkey. The route is safe and marked out on a flat, uncluttered path. Our equipment is adapted to your needs: we provide riding helmets and disposable "charlottes" on request. Our donkeys are all trained to walk at a walking pace.

This will be an opportunity to discover the farm at a donkey's pace.



Self-guided tour

Price: €3.50/person 45 minutes minimum.

Self-guided tour of the farm on a signposted circuit. For families, the self-guided tour lets you explore the educational farm at your own pace and at more varied times.

The route is signposted, with descriptive panels providing information on the species and breeds encountered.



The Guided Tour becomes a personalized Family Event.

Price: €35 for 1/2 hour or €60/family (maximum 8 people) for 1 hour of privileged activity.

What better way to meet your expectations for 1 hour than with an animator for your family!

Cuddles and photos directly in the farm animal pens.

Reservations required. Family activities are a unique opportunity to share with our guides. It's a rare opportunity to get up close and personal with the animals, and talk freely about breeding techniques...

On a walking tour, meet Baudets du Poitou and other equines, Nez Noirs du Vallais sheep, Poitevin goats, Gascon pigs and local poultry...



Petits Fermiers workshop

Price: €20/child, 2-hour session.

Registration required

Children (aged 5 to 12) can become real little farmers for a morning, accompanied by our caretaker.

We invite you to share our passion and take part in the farm's chores: maintaining and cleaning the pens, feeding the animals, grooming the donkeys. Reservations required.



Horse-drawn carriage tours

Guided tour of the farm by horse-drawn carriage:

Price: from €40 per 1/2 hour for 4 to 5 people.

At Ferme aux Ânes, Poitevin draught horses and Poitevin mules complete the equine family. Discover our farms by carriage on guided tours.

Our 30-minute tours allow you to share a special moment with your family and our guide.

Our horse-drawn carriages are comfortable, and our enthusiastic drivers will comment the tour on routes close to the parks and beyond the Ferme Pédagogique.

The apéro-plage by horse-drawn carriage:

Price: €200 for a 2-hour outing for 4 to 6 people (1 drink included).

La Ferme aux ânes offers a wide range of activities for adults and children with disabilities.

Whether you're an individual or a group, come and discover the farm's animals with a guide experienced in disability issues.



You'll also find a boutique (books, stuffed animals, donkey milk soaps, leather belts from the Le Zèbre workshop) and a refreshment bar offering beer from the Brasserie Île et Elle, grape juice from the Vignoble Pradère and Oleron lemonade from La Bullerie.
