Description

L'Essence d'un Littoral is an exhibition devoted to the Atlantic coast and the Gironde peninsula, territories that have long nourished the artist's work. Between ocean and estuary, these landscapes in perpetual transformation offer an inexhaustible source of inspiration, where light, wind and tides constantly reshape the horizon. Through her paintings, the artist does not seek to offer a literal representation of the place, but rather to capture its profound atmosphere: the power of the ocean, the softness of the morning light, the changing skies and that unique feeling of space and freedom characteristic of the Atlantic coast. Each canvas invites the viewer to slow down, to feel and to reconnect with the essential. Presented in the former lifeboat shelter, a place steeped in history and intimately linked to the sea, the exhibition finds a setting that is both natural and symbolic. The dialogue between the works and the site enhances the experience, evoking the profound relationship between man, the sea and the landscapes shaped by time. This exhibition is a visual and emotional journey along the coast - an intimate exploration of its rhythms, its light and its soul.
