2024 is the Year of the Dragon! A gentle, strong-willed, reliable and intelligent animal.

To mark the occasion, Moovia Energy is offering two workshops: The Divine Turquoise Dragon and The Four Divine Animals.



This particular martial QI GONG strengthens physical and emotional balance, body layout, eyesight, center of gravity, memory, muscles, tendons and joints, detailed and singular hand and foot placement, controlled breath and physical and intellectual alertness.

First seen in QI GONG, then acquired in TAO Dance, it will make you happy and joyful.
